We are so proud of Joshua! He heard about us from word of mouth within the Littleton community and started coming in regularly for breakfast/lunch/dinner/post-recovery after workout, to hang out and sometimes worked on his computer in the shop!! He worked with our health coaches to create a meal plan and support him along his journey to his goals. He started mid-October 2021 and here is an update from Joshua!
